46th Foundation Day of Youth Volunteers' Union (YVU) was celebrated on 9th August, 2016 at Waiview Bhavan, Thoubal, Manipur.  It was indeed a very remarkable day. The function started at 1PM. It was attended by Governing Body members & staffs of YVU, Directors and staffs of YVU Milk Producer Company Limited, Trustees & staffs of YVU Microfin etc. Staffs of YVU Financial Services Private Limited also took part in the celebration. Staffs based in Guwahati also celebrated the day at Silpukhuri Branch.

Solar lamps were given to 3 best JLG borrowers consisting of 17 members in total as a token of gratitude for being with the company for more than 8 years. As recognition of the contribution of staffs in the growth of the company, the following awards were distributed:

Best System Assistant - Kangabam Sunanda Devi, Thoubal Branch, Manipur
