Pre-approval Stage:
A full refund will be issued if you withdraw your loan application before a formal credit assessment has been conducted.
Post-approval Stage:
Once a loan has been formally approved and disbursed, no refunds will be provided. However, early settlement options may be available under certain circumstances (see Terms and Conditions for details).
